Community Lounge
On the 1st floor of cup of tea : ensemble is the community lounge — a multipurpose space where all kinds of people visiting Hida Takayama can connect.
Various events organized by the community are held here from time to time, including farmers markets, yoga classes, cooking classes, and more.
The guests of cup of tea are always welcome to join us for a good time.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The shared kitchen in the community lounge is available for all guests.
Use it to prepare dishes using local produce or to heat take-out items.
For breakfast, we recommend muffins and coffee from Cafe Courier next door on the right, or bread from Bremen Bakery next door on the left, along with fresh vegetables from the Jinya Morning Market directly across the street.

Sofa Space
The large comfortable sofa sets are arranged with coffee tables.
Take a moment to relax after putting your children to bed, or simply have fun chatting with friends.
Kids Play Area
We have a play area at the back of the community lounge for babies and small children. There are toys made of Hida wood and picture books about Hida.
Let the kids be kids and have fun after a long day of traveling with adults.
