Reservation
I want to change or cancel my reservation
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us through the contact form, with your reservation name and number.
Please change your reservation from your side, if you made it through OTA such as Booking.com or Agoda.
Can I make an on-site payment?
We only accept reservations with advance payment.
Can I get receipt?
Please contact us after the date of your stay through the contact form with reservation name and number. We will send you through an e-mail.
When do you charge for my stay?
You will be billed once the cancellation policy is in effect. Please contact your credit card company for the actual debit date.

"What is the difference between cup of tea : guesthouse and cup of tea : ensemble?
cup of tea : guesthouse is for single travelers and couples with shared bathroom and toilets.
cup of tea : ensemble is for groups and families. Each room has private bathrooms and toilets.
Do you have rooms with private showers and toilets?
All water facilities (showers and toilets) are shared with other guests. If you would like to use as a private, we recommend you to stay at cup of tea : ensemble.
In addition, you can use the public bath Yutopia Inari-yu across the street with discounted price.
What kind of amenities do you provide?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, and a hair dryer are included. Please bring your own pajamas and toothbrush,
Do you have wifi?
Wifi is avaiable all rooms including common area.
Can I use the lounge?
Our lounge is available 24/7. Please feel free to use it.
Can I use the kitchen?/Can I cook for myself?
Our kitchen is equipped with mini heater, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and cutlery so that families and groups can enjoy self-catering.
The nearest supermarket is Surugaya Honmachi Store.
Do you provide meals?
We do not have meal service. There are many good restaurants nearby. Please feel free ask us when you arrive.
Do you have parking lots?
We are afraid that we do not have poarking lots. If you are coming by car, please use the public parkings nearby.
Nearest parking : Jinyayoko Parking (1 min walk)
Fee: 500 yen / 18:00 – 8:00 (Other times: 200 yen / 35 minutes)
For those arriving after 18:00 and leaving before 8:00 the next morning
Lowest price : Paraca Takayama Nada-machi Parking (5 min walk)
Fee: 600 yen / 24 hours (Weekend: 800 yen / 24 hours)
A little away from the hostel, but the lowest price in the area.
Do you have parking lots for motor cycle?
Bicycle parking is available at Yutopia Inariyu public bath house located across the street for 300 yen per bicycle per night.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to use.
Do you have laundry?
There is no laundry at the hotel. Please use the coin-laundry about a 5minute walk from here .

We can keep your luggage anytime free of charge.
I will arrive late at night.

I want to go to a public bathhouse.
A public bath Yutopoia Inariyu (open until 21:30, closed on Tuesday)located just opossite cup of tea : guesthouse.
Our guest can get discount and feel free to bring soap set prepared at reception.
